General Manager
Hayley is all about promoting high customer satisfaction by resolving problems with knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service. Effectively managing, training and mentoring employees with regards to NCC Performance Solution, NatHERS compliance and implementing best practice industry requirements and procedures to ensure optimal productivity.
Debbie Bute
Technical Manager
Debbie is a NatHERS and Performance Solution expert. Her aim is to drive and support change within the industry and will be overseeing Leading Energy’s National operation standards. Highly successful in leading process improvements and organisational updates by implementing NCC code changes and creating new compliance procedures based on an individual clients requirements.
Jessie Lewis
Senior Energy Assessor
Jessie is the senior energy assessor at Leading Energy | ESD and has over 5 years experience. Jessie has previously worked with Hayley, concentrating on Victoria & NSW projects and with Debbie concentrating on Perth projects. Being able to switch from one construction type to another across different locations and states sets a strong assessing foundation for Jessie to provide our clients with best case compliance outcomes, delivering the high standard of service expected by our clients.
Chelsea Jain
Energy Assessor
Chelsea is one of Leading Energy | ESD’s Thermal Energy Assessors. She is working closely with Hayley to enhance and further develop her skills. She shows great passion for her role and Chelsea’s growing knowledge on all construction types across Australia ensures a high-quality final outcome for our clients.
Chelsea’s attention to detail is second to none and we are excited to watch her growth within the role and company.
Teagan Wilton-Adkins
Energy Administrator
Teagan is Leading Energy | ESD’s Administrator & Trainee Energy Assessor. Teagan’s project management ensures your projects are booked and issued accurately and efficiently to provide a high quality service to all clients.
Teagan is also working closely with Hayley, training to use the NatHERS software to further develop her role within the team. This will enable her to assist with project re-certifications or fast track urgent projects requests.
