Our Services
At Leading Energy we conduct Energy Efficiency Assessments for all New Residential & Commercial Buildings (including Additions & Alterations) and meet the current NCC (National Construction Code of Australia) requirements in order to obtain building licence approval.
Residential
Our NatHERS and Performance Solution assessment service is straight forward and competitively priced. Upon providing us with your building plans, our expert energy rating consultants will conduct a thermal performance assessment.
Commercial
Section J Compliance is required for all commercial buildings (Class 2 – 9) in all states of Australia. Local councils and building authorities require a BCA Section J Report to verify that the proposed building or newly altered part of an existing building achieves compliance with the energy efficiency provisions of the NCC Volume 1, prior to issuing a building permit.
